These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vijay Marble Crafts website and the purchase of our products and services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our pieces are handcrafted from natural marble and other materials. As such, slight variations in colour, veining and finish are inherent to the craft and are not defects. Custom commissions are produced to the specifications agreed in writing.
Prices are quoted on request and may exclude taxes, freight and installation unless specified. Payment terms (advance and balance) are agreed at the time of order confirmation.
We arrange seaworthy packing and shipping. Risk and applicable duties/taxes at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise (e.g. CIF terms). Delivery dates are estimates.
Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and are non-returnable except in the case of verified transit damage, which must be reported with photographs within 7 days of delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
